Hollywood, Interrupted has just fielded a reliable report that actor Bruno Kirby (best known for his work in the Godfather trilogy and City Slickers) has unexpectedly passed away from recently diagnosed leukemia. Kirby was one of the good guys, and undeniably one of the best character actors known to audiences worldwide. We mourn his passing.

The name of that book should have been "Yes, I Can...If Frank Sinatra Says it's OK."
